The Blohum House project involves the rehabilitation and refurbishment of the façade and interiors of a derelict partly completed 3-storey, 50 room hotel into a contemporary 4-storey Category A office building.

The conversion from a multiple occupancy building by informal tenants into a modern office building has required a large team of professionals and numerous consultations with the local community and authorities.
